Swing Fore Kids

Enjoy a perfect autumn day as you play this remarkably beautiful, par 72 course designed by Robert Von Hagge, one of the world's top course designers - and at the same time, help advance the important work of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lorain County (BBBSLC).  Your support allows BBBSLC to match a caring adult Mentor with a child in our community.  The world is challenging and seems to be changing daily, but a Mentor is a constant in a child's life that helps them maximize their potential.  And every dollar raised from the Swing Fore Kids Golf Tournament goes to work right here in Lorain County.

Registration for this 18-hole scramble tournament will open at 8:30am with light refreshments and an opportunity to warm up on the driving range.  The tournament will begin at 10:00am.  Mulligans and raffle tickets will be sold at the registration table and throughout the day.  The day will culminate with a delicious lunch buffet, presentation of swag bags, raffle drawings, and the awarding of various other prizes.

WIN A TRIP TO THE MASTERS!

Every golfer at the Swing Fore Kids Golf Tournament will be eligible to enter the Hole-In-One contest to win the trip of a lifetime - A Masters Package For Two! Sign up for the tournament to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lorain County and you could be on your way to Augusta!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. WITNESSES - Any claim of a hole-in-one at Swing Fore Kids presented by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lorain County must be witnessed by two adults and captured by one unedited video. Each group must in one continuous unedited video, film the hole-in-one sign followed by each golfer in the group hitting from the tee box. The golfer, pin and ball MUST be in the frame from the swing to the ball coming to rest in order to be eligible. As long as the above requirements are met, cell phone video footage will be accepted. If a golfer hits a hole-in-one they will notify BBBSLC Staff. The golfer and BBBSLC Staff must then notify Dixon Golf.
2. YARDAGE - The target hole yardage shall be no less than 160 yards when measured from the teeing ground to the flagstick.
3. SHOTS - A shot is defined as a "stroke" by the USGA Rules of Golf. Only one shot per eligible contestant is permitted. No practice shots, mulligans or substituted shots for other contestants are permitted.
4. TARGET HOLE - BBBSLC may designate the target hole as desired as long as that hole meets the minimum yardage requirement and the hole is clearly visible from the tee box. Only one predesignated cup hole may be used. On nine-hole courses it will be conclusively presumed a golfer is competing for the prize only the first time he plays a designated target hole (i.e., on nine-hole courses if the hole number 9 on the course is designated as a target hole, Dixon Golf will not provide any prize unless the hole-in-one is made the first time hole 9 is played, notwithstanding that the same hole and green are also used a second time around the course).
